SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Kroupa Collection typically ships your purchase within 1-3 business days.  Please allow extra turnaround time during holidays.  Kroupa Collection will replace any merchandise we send to an incorrect address. Conversely, Kroupa Collection will not be responsible for merchandise sent to incorrect addresses that are provided by customer. One of a kind merchandise may not be able to be duplicated or replaced though we will do our best to compensate our buyers.  

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers have two weeks from the date of purchase to contact Kroupa Collection to initiate a return or exchange.  Products are not returnable after the 14 day return window has expired.   Customers will receive a full refund in the form of original payment.

 

Damaged or defective merchandise will be reviewed before a return is approved. All damaged/defective merchandise must be photographed along with its original packing and with a description of damage/defective items. Please include any details that may help determine the reason for faulty products. Send information to kroupacollecion@gmail.com.

 

Kroupa Collection will not return worn merchandise.
